Julia is my little sister and my very first partner in crime! She is endlessly determined, fiercely talented, and deeply loyal. Whether we’re making each other laugh or navigating life’s challenges, I know Jules always has my back.

Not only is Julia the Maid of Honour, but she’s also the incredible mom to our two beautiful Flower Girls, Blair and Rory. I’m constantly amazed by how she juggles being a supermom and everything else life throws her way while still finding time to support everyone around her. I’m so lucky to call her my sister, and I couldn’t imagine anyone else standing beside me on my big day – or helping wrangle our tiny Flower Girl tornadoes!

Brittany and I met ten years ago when we were both attending Western University, and we became fast friends and chosen family. Brit is one of the strongest people I know and has a heart of gold. Through life’s highs and lows, she is always there with a listening ear or words of wisdom beyond her years. Don’t let her calm and quiet demeanour fool you – Brit is as fierce as she is kind! She is also the mom to our amazing Ring Bearer, Owen, and welcomed a sweet baby girl, Elly, into her growing family in August 2024. I am so grateful to have Brit and her family be part of our big day!

Anna and I first met as pre-teens but didn’t become close friends until we ended up in Western University’s Kinesiology program years later. From there, it all went downhill… literally, on skis and snowboards! We bonded over our mutual love of the outdoors, shared adrenaline junky tendencies, walks with our fur babies, and movie nights watching Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings. Anna is the friend who is always ready for the next adventure, and whether she’s climbing a mountain or off on a spontaneous trip, she’s always there to offer advice when I need it most. Anna is also planning her own wedding for May 2025, and I can’t wait to stand beside her on her big day, just as she’ll be standing by me for mine!

Growing up as cousins doesn't automatically make you best friends, but with Ian, it was inevitable. From our early years nerding out over Star Wars, video games, and anything else we could obsess over together, Ian and I formed a bond that goes beyond family—it's brotherly.

Over the years, we've shared countless laughs and several of life's biggest milestones. Ian has always been the definition of reliable – he is ready to lend a hand without hesitation no matter how busy life gets, even if it's just to help me move (again!). Ian is also an insanely talented musician, a creative mind, and someone I trust without question. Having him stand beside me on my wedding day means more than words can say.

Blake and I go way back to our teenage years, but becoming roommates in London truly cemented our friendship for life. Those years gave us unforgettable memories—none more iconic than the infamous squirrel incident (a story involving Blake’s car, a rogue squirrel, and an ill-fated pizza box that we still laugh about to this day).

Blake is the kind of friend who’s always there—steady, humble, and dependable. I’ve watched him achieve so much over the years, both in his career and in life, and I’m proud to call him one of my closest friends. I am incredibly grateful to have him standing up with me on our wedding day.

Julian and I go way back—over 15 years, to be exact—bonding over music, late-night jam sessions, and college adventures that would fill a book. Living together at the band house on Percy Street gave us unforgettable stories, like building an igloo in the driveway during Snowmageddon and our epic no-holds-barred Mario Kart Double Dash tournaments.

Julian is the definition of loyalty. He’s always there when you need him, whether to help with something practical (he’s a fantastic electrician!) or just to catch up and laugh about our college days. He’s also the ultimate family man and a friend I know I can always count on. Having him as a groomsman means everything to me.

Owen may not be our nephew by blood, but he’s certainly family! Owen has been a big part of our lives since he was born, and from the moment he could walk (and sprint!), he’s been a constant source of energy, curiosity, and determination! Owen has been practicing his Ring Bearer duties with the seriousness of a professional, but when he’s not in “wedding mode,” you can find him building epic towers, racing Hot Wheels, or dominating the ice at the local hockey arena. Owen is also a doting big brother to baby Elly, and we know he’ll bring his trademark enthusiasm and charm to our big day!

Blair is our first-born niece, tiniest bestie, and a feisty firecracker in the best way possible (just like her Mama!). At just three years old, she already knows what she wants, and she’ll tell you too! With her quick wit, infectious laugh, and love for all things pink, Blair has a way of lighting up every room she enters. This is Blair’s second time being a Flower Girl, and she’s ready to show her baby sister Rory how it’s done. Blair is sure to steal the show, just as long as there’s some chocolate waiting for her at the end!

Rory is our second niece and hands down the smiliest little baby you’ll ever meet! She may be the youngest member of our wedding party, but her charm and giggles will leave a lasting impression on everyone. Though she’s not quite walking yet, Rory’s always on the move, and we’re sure she’ll be running down (or all around!) the aisle by May! Rory loves bathtime, avocados, and following her big sister Blair and dog Sadie everywhere they go. She’s our ray of sunshine and we’re so excited to see her charm everyone on the big day!

Rossi might be the smallest member of the wedding party, but we all know she’s the one who’s truly running the show! As our official Dog of Honour (and unofficial therapist!) during the wedding planning process, Rossi has been there every step of the way. She’s the heart of our family, the keeper of our sanity, and the reason our wedding day will feel truly complete. We couldn’t imagine saying “I do” without our best girl by our side!
